Celebrating 125th anniversary of the world premiere of one of the most beloved symphonic works, Dvořák’s Symphony no. 9 (“From the New World”), UNSRC Orchestra and guest conductor Marc Weydert come for the first time to the beautiful Saint Peter’s Church for an evening of great symphonic music of late 19th century. This concert is a part of the “New World Initiative“, a season-long project of New York Philharmonic to highlight the role of their orchestra, as well as the city of New York, in the genesis of this popular symphony.
